Drive to Zero: Advancing the Global Zero-emission Commercial Vehicle Market

The global zero-emission commercial vehicle (ZECV) market is on the cusp of a major transformation. Technology is developing rapidly, ecommerce is increasing (together with the potential for urban delivery electrification), countries need stronger climate commitments ahead of COP-26 next year, and some regions are adopting strong policies (e.g., ACT regulation in California, zero-emission areas in Netherlands, etc). Despite these positive trends, we need better alignment across nations towards common ZECV policies and targets to send stronger market signals. Drive to Zero is convening countries to align around ambitious targets for ZECVs ahead of COP-26, and will also help government and industry to meet those targets.
